Commissions & premières

New commission for 2014

Concesssions are available for some concerts and apply to senior citizens, the registered unemployed, full-time students and children under 16.

Students and children under 16: special rate of £3 per ticket at the door on the day of the concert, subject to availability.

A group discount of 10% is available when purchasing 10 or more tickets.

The Birmingham Bach Choir reserves the right to change programmes or artists without notice.

An evening with the world famous counter tenor James Bowman. Based on the popular desert-island discs format and hosted by our President, Pauline Round, James will entertain us with stories and music from his long and illustrious career.


This event is a fund raiser for our new commission Unfinished Remembering, composed by Paul Spicer to a poem by Euan Tait to be premiered in 2014.
